Data You Send Directly
The search boxes pass the name, phone number, or address entered by a visitor to the third-party provider that supplies sponsored results. Rogers People Search does not keep a separate copy of those searches on its own servers. If a visitor contacts us, we receive the information included in that message and use it to respond.
Data Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems record routine server-log data, including IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate to operate the site, fix errors, and understand which Rogers record pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and advertising measurement when applicable.
How This Data Is Used
The data described above is used to run the site, measure traffic, correct technical problems, and improve record-source pages. We do not sell a visitor list. We also do not build individual visitor profiles from searches for Benton County or Arkansas records.
Links to Other Websites
Rogers People Search links to government portals, Benton County and Arkansas records offices, library and museum collections, and sponsored search tools. Each destination has its own privacy policy. Data submitted to Search ARCourts, VoterView, ARCountyData, a county office, or a sponsored results provider is controlled by that outside site.
Who May Process Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for this site. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it. Other than those situations, Rogers People Search does not share visitor data.
How Data Is Protected
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes listed above. Because the site does not run user accounts, there is no account password or saved profile to expose here.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent personal information to us, use the contact page and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where a visitor lives, rights may exist to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. The project research identified Arkansas record-specific privacy rules, including the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. Sections 25-19-101 et seq., vital-record confidentiality under Ark. Code Ann. Section 20-18-305, and the Arkansas Address Confidentiality Program; it did not identify a single Arkansas consumer-privacy statute that controls this site. Because Rogers People Search holds very little, most requests are limited to contact messages and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Rogers, Benton County, or Arkansas offices remain under the control of the custodian office.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
